WHAT IS 414 MENTAL PERFORMANCE CONSULTING?

Are you or your athlete wanting extra support with...• PERFORMANCE ANXIETY
• INJURY
• FEAR OF FAILURE
• BURNOUT
• CONFIDENCE
• NEGATIVE SELF-TALK
• PRESSURE
• IDENTITY
in performance?

My role is to equip performers with tools to manage stress and unhelpful thoughts, promote acceptance of challenging situations, and cultivate a mindset of resilience on and off the performance stage. The mind is a powerful part of performance - so why not train it (just like we train the physical body) to be the best that it can be? Sessions will be individualized to the client and will focus on mental skills, mindfulness techniques, performance routines, values-based goal setting, confidence and identity building, and more!

Perhaps you were born... FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS. Esther 4:14

Esther was a young woman in the Bible who found herself as the queen of Persia. Esther was placed in a moment where she had to make a choice -to stay silent and protect herself, or to be bold, speak up, and courageously step into the moment. Before stepping into the moment, Esther had to understand who she was and the unique position in which she was placed. Esther's story showcases: Pressure. Expectation. Doubt. Uncertainty (don't we all feel these things?). And yet... Esther's story shows that sometimes the biggest moments are the one's we were prepared for all along.Based on the story of Esther, the mission of 414 Mental Performance Consulting is to help performers train their minds for the moments they were made for!
